JP Innovation Inc. operates FinancialTools.ai (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website, use our calculators, contact us, or follow links to financing providers.

Information You Provide

When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, business information, and any other details you choose to include in your message.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account credentials, credit card numbers, or sensitive financial documents through general contact forms or email.

AI Privacy

The Loan Comparison Calculator calculates estimates in your browser. If you choose “Explain My Results” and select the consent checkbox, your loan amount, interest rates, repayment terms, upfront fees, and calculated comparison results are sent through our website to OpenAI to generate an explanation. Please do not enter confidential information. We do not include your name, email address, or contact information in that request. Our calculator plugin does not save these inputs or explanations. We record calculator and AI feature usage events, including the calculator name, event type, page path, and event time, in our usage tracking system and Google Sheets. These analytics records do not contain your financial inputs or AI explanations. We temporarily use a salted hash of your IP address on our server to limit excessive requests. OpenAI processes request data under its applicable data handling policies. AI explanations can contain mistakes and are educational information, not financial advice or loan offers.

The Business Financing Navigator uses your funding purpose, optional amount, access preference, and timing to show educational financing information and a suggested calculator. These answers are processed in your browser for the initial result. If you consent and request an AI explanation, the answers and the selected starting point are sent through our website to OpenAI. We do not include your name or contact details in this request. The Navigator plugin does not save your answers or the explanation. Usage tracking records the tool name, event type, page path, and event time, but does not include the answers or AI text. Our server temporarily uses a salted hash of your IP address to limit excessive AI requests. OpenAI handles submitted data under its applicable data policies. AI explanations may be inaccurate and are educational information, not loan offers or eligibility decisions.

Information Entered Into Our Calculators

Our calculators use information such as loan amounts, interest rates, repayment terms, equipment prices, and down payments to generate estimates.

The calculator code performs these calculations in your browser. It does not submit your financial inputs to us, send them to a financing provider, or include them in calculator usage reports.

Using a calculator does not submit a financing application or initiate a credit check. If you download a calculation or comparison, the downloaded file may contain the information you entered. You control how you store and share that file.

Calculator Usage Tracking

When our calculator usage tracking is enabled, it records limited information about successful calculations and clicks on calculator financing links, including:

• The calculator used.
• Whether the action was a calculation or financing-link click.
• The Date and time the event was received.
• The page path where the action occurred.
• A randomly generated event identifier used to prevent duplicate records.

These records do not include calculator inputs, contact information, or a persistent visitor identifier. Page query strings are excluded from the tracking record.

We process usage records through our website and store them in Google Sheets to help us understand which tools visitors use. The custom tracker does not use browser cookies or local storage. It also uses a temporary coded value derived from the connecting IP address to limit excessive requests; it does not include raw IP addresses in the calculator records sent to Google Sheets.

Website Logs, Cookies, and Other Technologies

Our hosting and website service providers may process technical information when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages, and access times. We may use this information to deliver the website, diagnose problems, and protect against abuse.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect features that depend on them.

How We Use Information

Our calculators do not automatically transfer the financial information you enter to these providers. If you choose to complete a financing application, the information you submit is handled under the receiving provider’s privacy policy and application disclosures.

Third-party providers may use cookies, referral identifiers, or similar technologies to attribute visits and applications. Review their privacy policies before submitting information.

We may share information with service providers that help operate the website, host data, manage communications, provide security, or support usage reporting. Where the calculator tracking integration is enabled, Google processes the limited usage records described above.

We reserve the right to retain all data for as long as needed.

Retention may also be affected by legal obligations, dispute resolution, and the need to investigate security incidents.
